POOL RULES

Membership Policy:

Fees are listed on the membership agreement. A $25 fee will be assessed for returned checks.

The childcare provider fees are for a single membership for a single-family child care provider and must accompany a family membership. The childcare provider can only visit the pool when caring for that single-family member.

All members are required to sign-in each time they visit the pool.

Children under 10 years of age must be accompanied to the pool by a qualified supervising member 12 years or older, at the discretion of the pool staff.

Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the original member listed on the agreement.

The Association assumes no responsibility for the medical expenses incurred as a result sustained on or about the pool premises or any activity relating to the pool.

No smoking or vaping of any kind is permitted on pool grounds. For those who smoke, step outside the fence and extinguish cigarette before entering the pool area.
Guest Policy:

Guest fees are $10 a day. After 5:00 fee is $5.

Guests must register at the entrance each day they attend.
Wading/Baby Pool Policy:

A qualified member must supervise children using the baby pool. Supervising member is responsible for the actions of the children.

The baby pool is designated for members age 5 & under. If a child over age 5 needs to use the baby pool please contact a staff member.

No children over the age of 5 are allowed in the baby pool during rest periods.

Small water toys and flotation tubes (not to exceed 18” in circumference) are permitted in the baby pool.

Please use plastic or rubber garments over diapers for sanitary purposes.
Inclement Weather Procedures:

If the air temperature is less than 70 degrees at opening time, the pool will remain closed. The pool may open if conditions improve.
In case of thunder/lightning the pool will close for 30 minutes after the last thunder or lightning has been heard or spotted.
RULES AND REGULATIONS
Safety Rules:

No running, rough play, hanging on ropes or swimming in the diving area.

Diving into the big pool is allowed from the diving board and other designated areas.

Non swimmers are not permitted to use the diving board.

The only flotation devices permitted must be Coast Guard approved. These devices must be used with direct adult supervision; parents must be within an arm's reach.

No flotation devices are permitted on the diving board.
-
No flotation devices are permitted in the deep end.

Skateboards & roller blades are to be carried onto pool grounds. Bikes, scooters and dogs are not permitted within fenced area.

No glass containers are permitted on pool grounds.
General Courtesies:

Music is provided for the member’s enjoyment. Members providing their own music must use headphones. Boom boxes disturb others and are not permitted.

Members are expected to wear appropriate swimwear. Inappropriate clothing will not be permitted.

One preschool or non-swimmer is allowed PER ADULT during rest period. Other children should be in grassy area for safety reasons.

Swimmers 18 years and older, are allowed in pool during rest period.

Food and drinks are permitted on grassy areas. Members are expected to dispose of all refuse.

Common courtesy and respect for staff members is expected. Inappropriate language and behavior will not be tolerated and could result in losing pool privileges for a day or more.

Adult members and their guests have priority for lounge chairs.

A member may be held financially responsible for any damage to the pool or property caused by malicious or inappropriate behaviors from a member, member’s child or guest.

The Pool Board will prosecute any person who attempts to use the pool facility at any time other than when it is officially open.

Be respectful and clean up after yourself.
